Application
for Niche
You may
download an application, print it and submit
it by mail. On line applications are not being accepted at this
time. Mail a completed application to Saint James the Fisherman
Episcopal Church, Attention: Columbarium Manager
P.O. Box 509, Islamorada, Florida 33036
Applications
must include a check, payable to St. James the Fisherman, in the amount
of $3,000 for a full niche and
$1,500 for a half niche. While there are no discriminators
regarding religion or anything else, the parish vestry, which has legal
responsibility for the administration of the parish must approve each
application. You may call the parish administrator, 305.852.8468
for additional information, clarification or any other assistance in
applying for a niche.
